What documents we need
If you submit a recovery case to us, we will ask you to send us copies of:
- the invoice,
- transport order,
- transport document (e.g. CMR, waybill, etc.).

Who can use the service
You can use the service if you conclude a formal transaction with a contractor on the Trans.eu Platform.
This means that both parties – the ordering party and the contractor – must confirm the conclusion of cooperation based on the offer issued on Trans.eu.
How to use the service
- On the Trans.eu Platform, find the freight in the Accepted tab in the Search Loads module. Click the € icon (“Select financial services”) and choose Pactus.eu from the presented options. You will then be redirected to the Customer Dashboard, where you can fill in the remaining information regarding the reported case.

- In the Pactus.eu Customer Dashboard, report the case by filling out the application form, check the checkbox The notification concerns the transaction concluded in Trans.eu and enter the freight number from the Trans.eu Platform.
In the Pactus.eu Customer Dashboard, sign an online contract with us (if you do not already have one). You can keep track of our activities and check the current status of the case.
Take care of your safety!
If you decide to conclude a formal transaction you will gain half-priced debt collection services, but not only!
A formal transaction is also:
- an opportunity to rate the counterparty and add comment on the Platform,
- positive influence on the TransRisk index of a user.
- preferential terms for other financial services available on Trans.eu,
- notification to the service provider about the appearance of the principal on the Debt Exchange (within 90 days of the transaction).

If you have problems with outstanding payments that come from formal transactions concluded on Trans.eu, we offer cooperation on special terms. We want to be with you at every stage of concluding an order – this will make it easier for us to recover your receivables from unreliable contractors.
What the promotional service covers
- Half Price for TRANSactions can be used by any user of Trans.eu Platform.
- You can submit only transport invoices issued to all payers (except companies registered in Germany).
